To reduce the weight of our race car, we decided for the first time in the team's history to combine a monocoque structure with a frame design. This approach provided us with valuable new experience, paving the way for a future transition to a fully monocoque-based construction. This innovation represents a significant step toward improving the vehicle’s performance while expanding our engineering capabilities.

Inspired by the driver positioning in Formula 1 cars, we began optimizing the ergonomics of our race car to best suit the conditions of Formula Student. As a result, we successfully lowered the driver’s center of gravity to 311 mm above the ground and reduced the driver’s recline angle to 32°. This adjustment also allowed us to lower the highest point of the frame by approximately 20 cm, improving the car’s overall aerodynamics and stability while maintaining optimal driver comfort.

To enhance performance, we developed a new wiring harness measuring approximately 220 meters and weighing just over one kilogram. Improvements to the pneumatic system resulted in a 20% reduction in compressed air usage without increasing gear shift times. Additionally, the implementation of wheel speed sensors enables us to collect detailed data from runs, which allowed us to introduce both launch control and, for the first time in our team's history, traction control. These advancements significantly improve the vehicle's performance and drivability on the track.
